Sea bass with Tamaris
1 onion 1 yellow pepper – 2 large tomatoes – 1 untreated lemon – Herbes de Provence – Olive oil – salt – 2 sea bass.
- Ask the fishmonger to empty the fish, clean it well.
- Salt the inside of the fish, garnish with herbs and 2 slices of lemon.
- Put the fish in a dish, drizzle with olive oil.
- Decorate with slices of peppers and lemon, onion and tomato quarters, put a little water in the bottom of the dish.
- Bake 45 minutes at 180 ° C, turn the fish over during cooking.
- Serve with a provencal ratatouille and a very fresh rosé, enjoy.
